Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps
Purpose & Vision
Royal Palm Beach High School’s Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) is a four-year leadership program that inspires growth in citizenship, discipline, and responsibility. As part of the School District of Palm Beach County, the unit focuses on helping cadets build confidence, teamwork, and academic strength.
The Wildcat Company embraces the Navy’s core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment while encouraging cadets to strive for excellence in all aspects of life. Through hands-on training, classroom instruction, and participation in community events, cadets explore naval science, national security, and military traditions. With opportunities to travel, serve the community, and move up in rank, cadets are equipped with the tools and mindset to become strong leaders both inside and outside of school.
