Chief Petty Officer Sergio Sandoval was born in November 1974; he was 18 when he enlisted into the United States Navy.
He reported to Company with the United States Navy at Recruit Training Command, Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois for Basic Training.

Seamen Sandoval reported to San Antonio, TX for Master-at-Arms (MA) “A” School. He's been to 193 countries during his service with the USN.
Also, was on a special Marine Corps Overseas mission as a K/9 Handler. 

Chief Sandoval has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree specializing in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. 

He is married with 2 Kids, Emma and Audrey Sandoval.
