Cadet Leadership

The NJROTC program at Royal Palm Beach High School is entirely managed by cadets, following a rank structure akin to that of the U.S. Navy. Annually, the Senior Naval Science Instructor will select a new cadet staff to fill leadership positions, including the Commanding Officer and various department heads. These cadets will hold their respective roles for the entire school year.
